24-Hour care
As well as the many services previously mentioned, each home is equipped with an emergency call system as well as the normal telephone installation. This facility is monitored 24 hours a day by trained staff with first aid certification.  

Pets
Subject to prior approval we will allow small house-trained pets in our village. Your pet is to be kept in accordance with the company’s pet policy and the pet should not create a nuisance or cause any concern to the other residents.
